Dan Rodriguez
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Dan Rodriguez is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of Veredus. Dan is a 20 year veteran of the IT Staffing Industry who is responsible for all aspects of Veredus and provides the day to day leadership for the Sales and Recruiting teams. Prior to Veredus, Dan worked at one of the largest staffing firms in the world where he held a number of Sales, Sales Management, and Executive Leadership positions. Dan is also very active in the Tampa Bay community. He sits on the boards of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and its Foundation, Metropolitan Ministries, and The Tampa Museum of Art. Dan is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation. Dan resides in Tampa with his wife and three children.
David Hull
Chief Operating Officer & Founder
David Hull is the Chief Operating Officer and one of the founders of Veredus. David is responsible for all operational and non-sales functions of Veredus. David is a 14 year veteran of the IT Staffing Industry. Prior to Veredus, David worked in a number of different industries including: Staffing, Medical Manufacturing, Software Sales, and e-Recruitment. David is also very active in the Tampa Bay community. He sits on the boards of Academy Prep, Junior Achievement, and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation. David is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and a Concentration in Ethics, and also served as an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps. David resides in Tampa with his wife and two children.
James Hawley
Chief Talent Officer & Founder
James Hawley is the Chief Talent Officer and one of the founders of Veredus. James is responsible for guiding the overall recruitment services, including expansion into new markets, as well as managing the Orlando Office. James brings more than 15 years of IT Staffing expertise having worked at one of the largest staffing firms in the world where he helped build one of the fastest growing start-up markets in the firm’s history. He sits on the board of Junior Achievement of Central Florida and is active with many non-profits including: American Cancer Society, United Way, Ronald McDonald House, and Second Harvest Food Bank. James is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems. James currently resides in Orlando with his wife and three children.
Vicki Adkins
Senior Vice-President & Founder
Vicki Adkins is a Senior Vice-President and one of the founders of Veredus. Vicki is responsible for managing the recruiting team for Veredus’ Tampa Office. Vicki is an 18 year veteran of the IT Staffing Industry and played a major role in developing the methodologies that are now the foundation of Veredus’ recruiting processes across the company. Prior to Veredus, Vicki worked at one of the largest staffing firms in the world where she held a number of Recruiting, Recruiting Management, and Executive Leadership positions. Vicki is active in the local community where she is an Assistant Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts. Vicki is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business and holds Bachelor of Arts in both Liberal Arts and Business. Vicki resides in Tampa with her husband and two children.
David Brown
Chief Sales Officer
David Brown is the Chief Sales Officer at Veredus. David is responsible for developing and assisting with the execution of sales strategies throughout all of the Veredus offices as well as managing the Atlanta Office for Veredus. David brings 14 years of experience in the staffing industry. He previously worked as a Market Leader responsible for multiple lines of business for one of the largest staffing companies in the world. At Veredus, David has grown the Atlanta office from a startup market to one of the largest in Atlanta and has been involved in initiating and growing several new markets for Veredus. David is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, the American Kidney Fund and American Cancer Society. David is a graduate of Randolph Macon College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics. David resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
Kim Henderson
Vice-President of National and Government Accounts
Kim Henderson is the Vice-President of National and Government Accounts. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and servicing of Commercial National Accounts, as well as Government Accounts at the state and federal level. Prior to joining Veredus, Kim worked for a global staffing firm where she served on the Executive Committee and was responsible for the acquisition and development of strategic national accounts as well as the company wide national sales strategy. She has 18 years of experience in the staffing industry. Kim is active in the local community serving on the Bayside Homeowner’s Association Board and is an active member of the AFCEA and NDIA. Kim is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and the University of Miami with her MBA. She also has a PMP project management certification. Kim resides in Tampa with her husband.
Stacy Gramling
Chief Financial Officer
Stacy Gramling serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Veredus. Stacy is responsible for Veredus’ finance and accounting functions. Stacy joined Veredus in January 2006 as a Financial Consultant and in 2008 became the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Veredus, Stacy worked for Ernst & Young and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center. Stacy has 20 years of accounting and finance experience across several industries. Stacy is a member of the Junior League of Tampa. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Stacy resides in Tampa with her husband and two children.
