Career
Tip
Whether
you are the interviewer or the interviewee,
think of the interview as a blind date.
Both of you are trying to discover if
there is a match. Ask questions and answer
them about the pending job position and
responsibilities, and not so much on questions
about past experiences. This way, you
can both envision the candidate in the
role and focus on whether it is a match.
