When Veredus Corporation was launched in December 2000, the founders wanted to take the level of service to a higher degree. Drawing on over 30 years of combined industry experience, we reviewed each and every aspect of the staffing process to determine how we could improve. Our goal was to build the best possible staffing company we could. Currently we are one of the largest IT Staffing companies in the 4 markets we serve.

Candidates work with a professional recruiter whose average experience is eight years in the industry. Our recruiters have an intimate knowledge of the Information Technology industry and their market trends. They provide counsel to their candidates in resume writing, interviewing, and career planning.

The candidate screening process is among the most thorough in the industry, and includes candidate interviews, technical testing, references, and background checks. Our recruiters have a code of ethics that we present to every candidate. The goal of the recruiting team is that every candidate realizes value from their interaction with our recruiters, regardless of whether they are placed.

On the client side, our Account Managers work with our client managers to understand not only their current staffing needs, but also their business as a whole. Our Account Managers have a wealth of industry knowledge that we share with our clients as we strive to develop long-term, partnering relationships. Understanding our client allows us to best match their company with prospective candidates in a timely manner.

The recruiting process revolves around the hidden candidate market. We believe the Internet is only one channel for identifying high caliber candidates. We strive to develop alternate channels for candidate identification so we may present our clients with a variety of candidates. Identifying ideal candidates and performing a confidential, professional job search is our goal.

Veredus and its employees, through a matching program, also gave over $56,000 to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
