All Veredus, a Hays company’ full-time employees are eligible for all plans on their first day of employment. Our benefits package is designed to address all areas of your need for financial security – life, health, disability and retirement.
All full-time employees of Veredus, a Hays company will receive employer paid life insurance of $20,000 with the option of letting you buy a lot more if that is what you need.

If you are unable to work due to a disability, this voluntary coverage replaces a portion of your income for up to 11 weeks.
Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
The EAP provides up to 3, no cost, confidential, face-to-face sessions for issues such as depression, marital and family conflicts, alcohol and drug abuse, stress and anxiety and coping with grief or loss.
Pre-Tax Health Savings & Spending Accounts
If enrolled in an HDHP, you are also eligible to enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA). HSA’s are for those covered under a qualified medical plan and an FSA for those covered under a traditional plan. These optional benefits allow you to put aside money on a pre-tax basis for your share of any medical, dental, vision or prescription expenses with an Optum Mastercard for you to use on any healthcare related expenses.
Dependent Care FSA
Our Dependent Care FSA allows you to put aside money on a pre-tax basis to help cover the childcare expenses for children under the age of 13.
Save For Retirement With Our 401(K)
All employees can immediately begin putting aside money on a pre or post-tax basis for retirement. All employees automatically qualify for a match from Veredus, a Hays company.
Our consultants get paid every week and checks are conveniently directly deposited into your bank account.
