From I-540
Take the Six Forks Road Exit (South) for approximately one mile to the third stop light and turn right onto Forum Drive. Turn left onto Old Leadmine Road, and then turn left again into the back entrance to The Forum complex. At the stop sign turn left into the parking deck for the Forum I Building. Enter the building at the second floor skywalk and take the building elevator to the fourth floor (Suite 400).
From I-440
Take I-440 to Exit 8 (North) on Six Forks Road. Continue north on Six Forks Road for approximately 5 miles. You cross over the intersection at Sawmill Road. Continuing on Six Forks you will see a couple of entrances to The Forum complex on the left. Keep going straight past those entrances to the next stop light and turn left onto Forum Drive. Then immediately turn left onto Old Leadmine Road, and then turn left again into the back entrance to The Forum complex. At the stop sign turn left into the parking deck for the Forum I Building. Enter the building at the second floor skywalk and take the building elevator to the fourth floor (Suite 400).
Alternate From I-440, I-440 Crabtree Exits
Turn onto Glenwood Ave. towards Crabtree Valley Mall. Then take the next right onto Leadmine Road. Continue on Leadmine through three stop lights and straight again through the stop light at the Sawmill Road intersection. Turn right at the next stop light onto Old Leadmine Road. Go approximately one mile and turn right into the first entrance to The Forum complex. At the stop sign turn left into the parking deck for the Forum I Building. Enter the building at the second floor skywalk and take the building elevator to the fourth floor (Suite 400).
